Executive Team
Phil Payne
Founder
Phil is the CEO and owner of Dyer & Payne, Inc., the parent company for Island Parts & Supplies, and founder of Dyer & Payne Distributing and Global Solutions Group since 1977. In addition, Phil has been a resident in the Virgin Islands since 1995. Through these companies, Phil has provided automotive parts, heavy machinery, paper, plastics, electrical, plumbing and a variety of non-perishable supplies to the Caribbean for more than four decades.
Phil has also served on numerous boards and is currently the vice chairman of the Economic Development Authority (EDA) reporting directly to the Governor of the Virgin Islands, as well as vice chair of the Automotive After Market Association for the Southeast U.S. As a business owner heavily involved in the community, his goal is to work in the best interest of economic growth and development of the Virgin Islands.
Phil’s leadership and fairness is admired by his team and the community, which helps make Island Parts a successful business and a fixture in the Virgin Islands.
Dave Impara
CFO/COO
Dave joined the Island Parts & Supplies team in 2011 as chief financial officer and chief operating officer and has helped the company grow and even thrive in the midst of hurricanes and pandemics. He is proud to be a part of a company that strives to provide the best customer service to the islands.
Prior to joining Island Parts & Supplies, Dave was employed at Hewlett-Packard for more than 15 years in various financial and sales roles and then became a consultant for several companies focusing on their accounting and financial reporting needs.
Dave has two daughters, one is a recent graduate of the University of Georgia while the other is in school. When he is not working, Dave can be found on the golf course or with his two dogs, Hamilton and Jefferson, who are frequent visitors to the Atlanta office.
Judy Payne
Human Resources Director /
Chief of Staff
Judy joined the Island Parts & Supplies team in 2001 and has been Phil’s number one supporter since the company’s inception. As the human resources director and “chief of staff,” she manages the salaries along with the benefit systems focusing on policies and employee performances.
Prior to Island Parts & Supplies, Judy spent 25 years in corporate sales with FedEx, responsible for field sales training for the Southeast US before retiring to St. Croix in 2001.
Judy enjoys golfing, boating, international travel and college football.
Tyson Roberts
Corporate Manager
Tyson was a loyal Island Parts & Supplies customer for five years before joining the team in 2018. As an 18-year St. Croix resident working in the construction, industrial and refinery industries, Tyson managed ordering hundreds of parts and supplies and he knew he could always count on National Parts to deliver!
Now as Island Parts & Supplies’ corporate manager, he is responsible for [include job responsibilities] and makes sure employees are properly trained and provide the best possible customer service.
Tyson is married with two children and enjoys spending time with his family sailing, kiteboarding and golfing.
Paul J. Reichert IV
General Manager
Paul joined the Island Parts & Supplies team as general manager in [2018] and is responsible for the daily operations of the company from the Atlanta corporate office where his decision making, leadership and management skills contribute to the company’s success.
After having served 21 years in the U.S. Navy and retiring as a Chief Petty Officer, Island Parts & Supplies has become Paul’s family and he strives to make them proud. Paul also enjoys spending time with his family and friends playing golf along with any other sports.
Luke Brownfield
St Croix General Manager
Luke accepted a position in sales at Island Parts & Supplies shortly after he relocated to the Virgin Islands in 2019. After quickly establishing himself as a valuable asset to the team, he was promptly promoted to St. Croix’s general manager. Originally from Illinois, Luke brings extensive knowledge and more than 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and automotive industries.
Luke enjoys spending time with his family and various hobbies including automotive pursuits, snorkeling, cooking and volunteering with the St. Croix Pony Club.
